The Blockchain & Climate Institute is reshaping how it develops its volunteer community. Rather than running L&D from the centre and hoping it reaches people, we are embedding dedicated L&D Officers directly within our divisions so learning is relevant, responsive, and actually used.
As a Senior L&D Officer, you will be the dedicated learning partner for one of BCI's divisions. You report to the Director of Capacity Building, but your work lives in your division building relationships, rolling out learning programmes, designing bespoke experiences, and making sure volunteers' development actually happens.
Work alongside your division head and its volunteers to understand what they need to learn and grow. Roll out BCI-wide learning initiatives and make them land well. Design division-specific content using AI tools on our AI-first learning platform. Track adoption, gather feedback, and feed insights back to the centre. Be the person who connects people to development opportunities and champions learning as something worth doing.
