Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Initiative Lead to lead strategic business and technology transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise modernization, process improvement, Agile delivery, portfolio governance, financial planning, vendor management, and AI-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Drive enterprise modernization, process improvement, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish and manage strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee portfolio governance, financial planning, budget, and spend management.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective delivery across engagements.
• Utilize Agile methodology to drive program execution and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to define success metrics and KPIs.
• Track value realization, business outcomes, and ROI.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate program and delivery risks.
• Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical delivery issues.
• Balance innovation initiatives with operational stability and business priorities.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and high-quality execution across all workstreams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise modernization and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience in portfolio and program governance.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and spend management experience.
• Experience with vendor and stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop and manage strategic roadmaps.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, value realization, and ROI.
• Strong risk management and issue escalation capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience managing or overseeing Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills.
