The Payroll & HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing all payroll operations and the administration, optimization, and integrity of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintains employee data integrity, manages HR technology initiatives, develops reporting and analytics, and partners with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
