We help businesses and municipalities reduce and divert waste, lowering disposal costs and fueling local supply chains by ensuring materials are recovered, recycled, and reused.
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Plant Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who excels with leadership on their feet, strong safety focus, and sharp problem-solving skills in a fast-paced recycling operation.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this key role drives plant operations, production, equipment reliability, staff development, and the safety program. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership, this position is for you.
