The Aquatics Director is responsible for overseeing all aquatics programs, staff, and operations at their assigned location. This role ensures compliance with YMCA standards and New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) regulations to provide safe, high-quality aquatic experiences for members and the community. The Aquatics Director leads program development, supervises aquatics staff, and promotes a culture of safety and engagement aligned with the YMCA's mission.
40 hours per week. Variable work schedule which includes some evenings and weekends.
