As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll partner with employees and managers across several Clyde Companies subsidiaries to provide exceptional HR support and service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is eager to learn, and wants to build a successful career in Human Resources. You'll gain experience across multiple HR functions, contribute to impactful projects, and work alongside a collaborative team committed to your growth and development.
Some key responsibilities include:
This position provides Human Resources support for multiple Clyde Companies subsidiaries, including HomeBuilt, Clyde Capital Group, Beehive Insurance, and Clyde Companies.
The ideal candidate is personable, service-oriented, and eager to learn. They build strong relationships, pick up new systems and processes quickly, communicate effectively, and are passionate about helping employees and leaders succeed.
