Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Previous parts experience (dealer or aftermarket) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology.
- Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems is an asset.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is beneficial.
- Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field (an asset).
- Team oriented and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts to technicians if necessary.
- Handle vendor returns & orders.
- Inventory control
- Retail sales and internal estimates
- Organize and keep the parts department clean.
- Assist with shipping & receiving
- Assist coworkers with parts-related questions.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
