Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships by providing exceptional client care and support
• Assist clients with planning personalized travel experiences
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation options
• Coordinate travel details and itinerary information
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Stay informed on travel updates, supplier offerings, and destination information
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and personalized experience throughout every client interaction
