In this role, you'll help clients navigate the vacation planning process by providing outstanding support, answering questions, and helping ensure every experience is smooth from beginning to end.

No previous travel industry experience is required.
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist clients throughout the vacation planning process by providing guidance, coordinating important details, and delivering exceptional customer support before, during, and after the booking experience.

We're looking for individuals who are:
Experience in customer service, retail, healthcare, banking, administration, logistics, education, hospitality, or sales is welcomed but not required.
This is an independent contractor opportunity within the travel industry.
Compensation is performance-based with multiple earning opportunities available. During the interview process, we'll review compensation, training, onboarding, and business setup requirements so you have a clear understanding of the opportunity before making a decision.
