Nestl Health Science (NHSc) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Leader to oversee all financial aspects of our manufacturing site located in Leonia, NJ. You will be responsible for being the steadfast custodian of stewardship and governance for the facility. Trusted co-pilot to the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Teams with direct dialogue with the Operations Controller for NHSc US. Accountable for all factory financial matters (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects) and provide fact-based decision making on both short-term objectives and on long-term strategic initiatives. Provide visibility and forecasts around costs related to the factory processes through the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances), ensures Compliance to financial legal requirements and Nestle Accounting Standards (NAS).

The approximate pay range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
