Behavioral Support Experience Required
$19.67 - $23.00 per Hour + Full Benefits

Are you an experienced caregiver who is patient, compassionate, and confident supporting individuals with behavioral challenges?
Home of Guiding Hands is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential homes throughout East County. If you're looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
These homes support individuals who may exhibit significant behavioral challenges. We are specifically seeking candidates with at least six months of paid experience providing behavioral support, implementing behavior plans, using de-escalation techniques, and working with individuals who display challenging behaviors.
This is not an entry-level caregiving position.

Many of our openings include multiple days off during the week, making them a great fit for candidates who want flexibility outside of a traditional Monday-Friday schedule.
