Shop Manager Steel Fabrication
Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy steel fabrication shop. This leadership role is responsible for planning production, managing fabrication teams, assigning employees to projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and keeping projects on schedule from start to finish. The ideal candidate has previous steel fabrication management experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: 6AM - 3PM | Monday Friday | Full-Time | Overtime as Needed Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr
