Be the connection between purchasing and production. We're looking for a highly organized professional who can keep materials flowing, schedules on track, and production running efficiently. In this unique dual-role position, you'll combine purchasing expertise with production coordination responsibilities, working closely with suppliers, inventory, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure our operation stays productive, responsive, and successful.
The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing parts, materials, and services to support production and operations. This role includes issuing RFQ's and purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments. It requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and ERP systems, with occasional work on the shop floor.
