We are currently seeking a User Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide technical support to our employees.
Position Overview:
As a User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees for a variety of software and hardware issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their job duties efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for software and hardware issues, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new software or hardware systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to our employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
