The scope of this effort encompasses tasks that provide USCYBERCOM with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. We are seeking professionals interested in a variety of responsibilities including: Cyber Defense Incident Responder, Cyber Operations Planner, Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner, Knowledge Manager, Program Support Specialist, Systems Engineer, Technical Writer. The anticipated award of this effort is Fall 2026.

As a Knowledge Manager Junior you will provide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with the following core disciplines: Cyberspace Operations, Cyberspace Planning, Cyberspace Training and Exercises, Strategy / Policy / Doctrine Development and Campaign, Assessments, Information Technology (IT) / Communications, Business Area Support and Project Management Engagement Activities. You will provide the customer with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. You will meet the evolving cyberspace operations mission in support of the Joint warfighter.

Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or custom CMS). Strong written communication and attention to detail. Basic understanding of USCYBERCOM mission areas and cyber terminology is a plus. Ability to design logical file structures, shared drives, distribution lists, and security groups. Experience posting, editing, and maintaining content on classified and unclassified portals (e.g., SharePoint, DoD-approved CMS). Proven ability to collect, consolidate, and draft formal responses to RFIs (both internal and external). Strong facilitation skills for Knowledge-Management Working Groups and other forums.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
