Job description: Litigation Paralegal Buffalo, NY (Hybrid) Join a respected mid-sized firm in the heart of downtown Buffalo! Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative, professional legal team supporting a busy litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside talented attorneys in a firm that values teamwork, and professional growth. What Youll Do: * Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from intake through trial and appeal * Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents * Manage case files, organize exhibits, and coordinate with clients, courts, and experts * Track and meet billable hour requirements * Assist with trial preparation and document management using firm systems and databases What they are Looking For: * Minimum 25 years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial, or general litigation preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organization skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Why Youll Love It Here: * Hybrid schedule flexibility to work part of the week remotely * Competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and 401(k) * Collaborative environment where your contributions are valued Qualifications: 2+ years of litigation experience Defense litigation preferred Plaintiff is also OK!
