Why Join Martine Law?

Practice Law at a Higher Level

Spend less time on administrative tasks and more time developing case strategy, advocating for clients, and achieving outstanding results. Our technology, systems, and dedicated support staff allow attorneys to focus on practicing law—not paperwork.

Accelerate Your Career

Whether you're building your litigation experience or expanding an established practice, you'll handle meaningful cases, appear in court, negotiate settlements, and continue developing as a confident, strategic advocate.

Work Alongside Exceptional People

Our attorneys collaborate in a supportive, high-performance environment where mentorship, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of our culture—not just words on a website.

Modern, Flexible Workplace

Enjoy the flexibility of a technology-enabled practice that supports remote and hybrid work while keeping you connected to your team and clients.

Grow With a Firm on the Rise

As we continue expanding, so do your opportunities for leadership, increased responsibility, professional development, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

You'll represent clients through some of the most significant moments of their lives, including:

  • Divorce and legal separation

  • Child custody and parenting time disputes

  • Child support and spousal support matters

  • Equitable distribution and property division

  • Post-separation and post-judgment modifications

  • Mediation and settlement negotiations

  • Court hearings, motions, and litigation

Working alongside an experienced legal team, you'll manage your own caseload, develop legal strategies, prepare pleadings and motions, negotiate favorable outcomes, and confidently advocate for clients in court.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking attorneys who:

  • Are licensed to practice law in North Carolina

  • Are passionate about family law and client advocacy

  • Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathy

  • Take ownership of their work and strive for excellence

  • Enjoy litigation, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving

  • Embrace technology and continuous improvement

  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Why You'll Love It Here

At Martine Law, we believe exceptional attorneys deserve more than just a paycheck. They deserve a firm that invests in their success.

We provide:

  • Competitive salary with quarterly performance incentives

  • 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Remote and hybrid flexibility

  • State-of-the-art technology and operational support

  • Mentorship from experienced attorneys

  • Clear opportunities for advancement and leadership

Build Something Bigger

Family law is about more than legal issues—it's about helping people protect their families, their futures, and their peace of mind.

If you're looking for a firm that values excellence, rewards performance, invests in your growth, and gives you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on clients' lives, we'd love to meet you.

Join Martine Law and build a career that's as rewarding as the work you do.

One suggestion: consider leading with your national recognition. A headline such as "Join One of America's Fastest-Growing Law Firms" immediately establishes credibility and tends to improve applicant engagement before they read the rest of the posting.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 DOE
