Position Purpose A Negwer Door Systems Shop & Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficient operations in the Shop & Warehouse, with a high emphasis on safety and customer service. Essential FunctionsModify and assembles steel doors and framesWelds steel doors and framesGrinds and paints finished productsConducts inventory and recordkeeping as neededOversees shipping and receiving from UPSOversees shipping and receiving from LTLLoads material for Delivery Associates.Reviews tickets for shipping Tags and prepares materials for shippingWaits on customers as neededPrepares Wood & Hollow Metal Doors and Frames Per Templates for hardware as required.Keys locks as neededUses power tools as neededAssists with upkeep on Company equipment as neededSafely operates forklifts, trains others as neededFlexible/non-traditional schedule may be requiredPerforms other necessary functions as assignedQualifications NecessaryKnowledge 0-3 years related experience in a warehouse preferredPhysicalAbility to sit, stand, lift, and carry up to 100 lbs easily and safely InterpersonalSafety-focused and service orientedA positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional, long-term co-worker, customer, vendor, and business relationshipsService oriented and a dedication to win customers 'for life'Strong professional verbal and written communications skillsAbility to work effectively across all levels of managementDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, simultaneous projects and conflicting deadlinesAn innovative approach to resolving problems and delivering resultsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
