Position Summary: The Market Coordinator position at Aunt Millie's entails supporting a team of 4 to 8 Franchisees, overseeing their training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship. As a representative of the Aunt Millie's brand, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with established accounts, delivering products, and stocking retail shelves.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead a team of 4 to 8 Franchisees, providing training, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship.
- Serve as a steward of the Aunt Millie's brand, ensuring sales team functions as brand ambassadors.
- Build and maintain relationships with established accounts.
- Deliver and sell products to established accounts.
- Distribute products from company vehicles into various retail establishments and branch locations.
- Unload and stock retail shelves.
- Preplan specific orders for each customer.
- Utilize an iPad to manage routes efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to solicit additional business.
- Minimize stale products to ensure freshness.
- Safely operate company vehicle.
- Practice safe work procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Analyze sales data, create reports, and inform strategic decisions.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history. Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination. Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations. Successfully pass a drug screening.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Power BI platforms.

Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, driving, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low. Driving Record: candidates cannot have convictions in the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense, careless/reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension (unless not notified), fleeing/eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations).
