Are you looking for a steady, part-time summer/fall role that offers a mix of hands-on warehouse work and office support? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist our team during a busy upcoming period. In this role, you will split your time between getting orders safely out the door and providing vital administrative support to our customer service team.
Shipping & Packaging: Work in our small, organized warehouse area to accurately select items, pack boxes securely, and prepare shipments.
Administrative Support: Assist the front office with entering incoming customer orders into our system.
Customer Correspondence: Check the client email inbox and proactively send out order and shipping updates to customers.
Tech Savvy: Basic to intermediate computer skills are required (comfort using email and data entry systems).
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
Reliability: Commitment to the full duration of the assignment (Aug 3rd – Sept 18th).
Communication: Clear written communication skills for professional email updates.
