• Build and grow your own insurance agency
• Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
• Market and promote your agency within your local community
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Provide customized insurance solutions to clients
• Recruit, train, and manage agency staff as your business grows
• Deliver exceptional customer service and retention strategies
• Manage daily business operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives

Requirement

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
• Sales, business development, or leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to network and build community relationships
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
