Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation preferred. Knowledge of employment laws. 1+ year experience in human resources. Previous experience with HR systems required.
Competencies: Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and the general public. Able to prioritize efforts in order to achieve a student-focused solution. Proficient in standard office software applications. Proficient in HR software systems. Ability to work cooperatively with staff as a member of a team.
