Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and daily management to maintenance personnel and outside contractors, driving excellence in safety, quality, equipment availability, and cost management.
Reliability & Maintenance Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine standardized preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to maximize equipment durability and continuous production output.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Offer high-level technical support for complex mechanical and electrical issues, performing post-downtime analyses to correct recurring defects and inefficiencies.
Safety & Compliance Culture: Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, lead safety programs, and ensure all staff and new hires receive thorough technical and safety training.
Budget & Inventory Management: Establish and manage the maintenance and spare parts stores budget, while overseeing inventory levels to guarantee critical replacement parts are readily available.
Facilities & Data Oversight: Manage overall facility grounds and building upkeep, schedule required regulatory inspections, and maintain detailed data tracking on repair records and key performance metrics.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Education: Associate's Degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
Advanced Process Expertise: Proven background in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing methodologies, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) implementation.
Financial Management: Experience directly developing and managing departmental maintenance operating and capital budgets.

Manufacturing Experience: 7???10 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Leadership Track Record: 3???5 years of supervisory or management experience leading technical teams, maintenance supervisors, and hourly associates.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated capability in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, machine maintenance, and execution of preventive/predictive programs.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Business Acumen & Soft Skills: Strong foundational math, statistical, and financial skills, paired with exceptional critical thinking, priority setting, communication, and organizational abilities.
