Position Summary:
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the guest and employee restrooms as well as general cleanliness of the front of the house and back of the house areas. Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Gibsons Restaurant Group’s philosophy, which is based upon four distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Quality, Value and Family.

Education and/or Experience:
GED or High School diploma or equivalent and one year working in a customer experience or hospitality role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make timely and sound decisions. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at several organizational levels.
