Comfort Advisor

Around The Clock Gas Service is seeking an experienced, results-driven Comfort Advisor/Sales Consultant to help homeowners and business owners across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties find the right gas line and appliance solutions for their properties. You'll meet with residential and commercial customers on-site, assess their needs, and present tailored proposals covering gas line installation and repair, appliance installation, tankless water heaters, leak detection and safety inspections, and commercial gas services. This is a commission-driven role with strong earning potential for someone who builds trust fast and closes with integrity.

Key Responsibilities
• Run pre-set, company-generated leads and self-generated appointments for both residential and commercial gas customers
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations, including gas system and appliance assessments
• Present clear, customized proposals (good/better/best) covering:
• Gas line installation & replacement
• Gas line repair, including emergency repair
• Gas leak detection & safety inspections
• Gas appliance installation (stoves, fireplaces, grills, standby generators)
• Tankless water heater upgrades
• Commercial gas line installation, repair, and appliance installation
• Educate customers on gas safety, Florida code compliance, and the benefits of upgrading to high-efficiency appliances like tankless water heaters
• Close sales at point of consultation and process contracts/paperwork accurately
• Follow up promptly with prospects who don't close on the initial visit
• Coordinate with install/service technicians to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
• Maintain accurate lead, sale, and customer records in the company CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and average ticket goals
• Represent the company professionally, understanding that gas work requires an especially high standard of trust and safety awareness
• Stay current on Florida gas codes, financing options, and promotions
• Be available to support emergency/24-hour service requests as needed, consistent with the company's around-the-clock model

Requirements

• 3-5 years proven sales experience required (gas, HVAC, plumbing, home services, or related field preferred)
• Strong closing skills and comfort with in-home/on-site, one-call-close presentations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both residential and commercial clients
• Ability to clearly explain technical/safety information (gas leaks, code compliance) to non-technical customers
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade knowledge a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
