Your Day to Day: You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. This role will be part of a structured 3-year Investment Analyst Program designed to provide hands-on experience in your designated business line.

Within our Originations business, you will be responsible for assisting investment professionals in analyzing and securing loans. This includes responsibility for all phases of evaluating new investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling, property valuation, sensitivity analysis, market research, and credit analysis. You will also help manage deals throughout the due diligence and closing process.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate debt investment opportunities across all property types, structures, risk profiles, and geographies. Analyze economic, market, legal and political conditions within an investment's geography.
• Create cash flow models, Argus models, sensitivity tables, rent roll analysis, waterfall models, and other financial analysis required to evaluate, pursue, and close debt investment opportunities.
• Assist senior professionals in leading the due diligence and closing processes for originations in conjunction with the portfolio management team.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required
• Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
• Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
