They take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback thoughtfully and efficiently. Along the way, they contribute to team growth by maintaining best practices, staying current on digital trends, and supporting junior designers.

Base pay is $90,000-$100,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
