Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, turning ideas into impactful campaigns and leveraging data to drive decisions. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on building and optimizing email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and campaign lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization techniques
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from concept to deployment
- Build, test, and launch campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Enhance campaign effectiveness through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Content, Engineering, and IT to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions, and continuously optimize results
- Drive automation initiatives to scale marketing efforts across the customer journey
- Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in email or digital marketing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field
