In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives ⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectationsYour contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CM modules. ⦁ Implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud. ⦁ Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM). ⦁ Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.) ⦁ Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them. ⦁ Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience services organizations. ⦁ Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. ⦁ Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications. Preferred Skill and Experience ⦁ Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. ⦁Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications. Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
