Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country's leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district's candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to join TPAction's innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots. Responsibilities also include building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager in order to make sure that goals are reached, community relationships are fostered and data is tracked daily.
Chasers are required to have a valid driver license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable, and are required to pass a background check.
