You will join a design team in full structure, composed today of 7 UX/UI designers. Their mission? To transform business needs and client ideas into useful, intuitive, and high-performing digital products, placing the user at the heart of every decision. The team works closely with: Product Managers and Sales Executives on framing and discovery phases developers on the design and implementation of interfaces clients, in direct interaction and with a consulting posture Your missions Management & Structuration of the Design Pole Manager, accompany and progress a team of 7 UX/UI designers Raise the level of demand on UX/UI and product quality Structure methods (templates, workflows, collaboration) and integrate AI into design practices Participate in recruitment and team growth Intervene as Lead Product Design Design useful, high-performing, and business-oriented experiences Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Challenge product issues with a strategic vision Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Strengthen collaboration with technical and product teams Strengthen and spread the product and design culture within Galadrim Continuously improve processes between design, development, and delivery Contribute to the overall maturity of the team Actively monitor the uses of AI in design and product management and share best practices internally Participate in the sale of product discovery and UX/UI design missions Examples of Projects
Zimmermann Immobilier is a Swiss agency with more than 30 years of experience, managing more than 13,000 real estate objects in four cantons with about a hundred employees. We accompany them in continuous follow-up from the discovery phase to implementation, covering UX design and architecture choice throughout the product cycle. The project addresses the complete redesign of their internal management platform: the works cover the management, technical, administrative, accounting, and litigation modules. Dedicated spaces for owners, co-owners, and tenants will be another challenge. All dimensioned for 300 users and designed to meet the compliance requirements of the Swiss regulatory context.
Legacy is a mobile application for collecting authentic sports items, each physical piece linked to a certified digital twin guaranteeing authenticity, traceability, and valuation. The platform articulates marketplace, digital museum, investment logic indexed on the performance of athletes, and a community space bringing together fans, clubs, and athletes. End-to-end intervention: discovery, wireframes, mockups, artistic direction, logo, and an entirely custom component system to carry a visual language unique to the product's premium positioning.
