Entry Level Assembly Technician — Urgently hiring in Eugene!

Job Title: Entry Level Assembly Technician
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed until 4:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

As an Entry Level Assembly Technician, you'll be essential in turning raw steel parts into finished, top-quality products. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do


As an Entry Level Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating power and hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and rivet guns to assemble various metal components.
  • Assembling metal boxes, latches, and frames for slot machines and arcade equipment.
  • Packaging airplane parts
  • Working on small parts with precision to ensure proper fit and functionality.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Assisting with quality inspections and troubleshooting during assembly to ensure product excellence.


What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience using power and hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
  • Knowledge of metal finishing, deburring, and assembly processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Reliable work ethic, dependable attendance, and punctuality.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Eugene, OR. It offers Monday through Friday shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with optional overtime until 4:00 PM.
