Benefits: Psychiatrist

Base Salary: $260,000
Additional Bonuses based on Patient Encounters
Sign On: $10,000
Relocation: $10,000
PTO: 17 Days Vacation, 7 Federal Holidays, 8 Sick, 2 CME

The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob/gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients.
Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case/care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients.
Option to serve as a clinical preceptor with academic appointment
J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship if Necessary

Martinsburg, WV - 20 mins from the VA Border!
Easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore!
Flexible work schedule - Full time, Outpatient
14-18 patients per day
Team of 3 Psychiatrists, 3 PMHNP, 11 therapist
Ability to demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with patients, families, co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, and other department staff.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing patient matters.
Solid communication skills, including listening and the ability to demonstrate empathy, rapport building, and patience.
Ability to provide crises intervention as needed
EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking

Background Desired: Psychiatrist

Must be a M.D. or D.O.
Must be board certified or board eligible.
Must be licensed or eligible for license in the state of West Virginia.
Must have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
Must maintain licensure and comply with continuing education requirements stipulated by applicable credentialing boards
J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship If Necessary
