What You'll Do As a Service Writer, you'll serve as the connection between our customers and technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers Communicating vehicle concerns to technicians Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance needs Building long-term customer relationships Keeping repairs moving efficiently through the shop Supporting customer satisfaction and team success This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, communication, sales, organization, and problem-solving.
