We are seeking a dedicated Microbiology Services Assistant Manager to support microbiology operations, quality systems, client services, and staff development within a regulated cGMP/GLP environment. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing Microbiology Analysts and Technicians while ensuring laboratory performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
This position requires onsite work five days a week in Hercules, with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes one site travel day per month within the Bay Area. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hercules, CA.
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $60.09/hr.
