Education/Training: * High School diploma or GED required. * Associate degree or equivalent industry experience in quality, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred but not required. * ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing or quality systems training preferred. * Experience in healthcare laundry or other regulated/validated environments is advantageous. Requirements/Competency: * Minimum 2–3 years of quality, compliance, or production support experience (preferred). * Familiarity with HLAC, TRSA Hygienically Clean, or comparable hygiene and quality programs. * Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and internal audit principles. * Proficient in document control, recordkeeping, and training systems. * Analytical mindset with ability to trend quality data and identify improvement opportunities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with plant staff, management, and auditors. * Competent in Microsoft Office and SharePoint/Smartsheet systems for QMS tracking.
