The Director, Systems Engineering is responsible for the ongoing technical health and readiness of a live studio and broadcast environment.
The Studio Engineer will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IP-based broadcast and production systems, manage and update equipment inventory, and support virtual production and live broadcast workflows. The engineer will work hands-on with LED volume, Studio Lot Theaters, audio/video over IP, and broadcast infrastructure to ensure systems are fully operational, reliable, and production-ready at all times.
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-220,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
