Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all incoming calls and emails with a professional and courteous manner.
* Address customer enquiries, provide detailed information about our electrical services, and schedule appointments for our team of skilled electricians.
* Liaise effectively between clients and our technical team to coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely project completion and clear communication.
* Accurately process new service requests, update client records, and maintain our customer database.
* Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate manager when necessary.
* Assist with the preparation of quotations and perform follow-up communications to support our business development efforts.
* Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service, scheduling, or administrative role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in standard office software, including the MS Office suite.
* A genuine customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Experience in the electrical, construction, or a related trade industry is highly desirable but not essential.
