Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages, adhering to established protocols. Accurately identify patients and label specimens according to laboratory and regulatory standards. Process and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring specimen integrity and proper handling. Maintain patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures, utilizing excellent communication skills. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality assurance policies and procedures. Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately and completely. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Phlebotomist in a clinical setting.
