Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation. Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and charts. Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience as an LPN.
