Job description
Job Description
  • Conduct consultations with parents and students to explain educational programs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families to improve retention and referrals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the learning center and ensure smooth class scheduling.
  • Manage staff schedules, student attendance, and parent communication.
  • Maintain inventory of learning materials and coordinate replenishment with central teams.
  • Support teacher training and ensure adherence to teaching standards.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational and performance goals.
  • Track enrollment, attendance, and center performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and assist in organizing workshops, events, and marketing activities.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or education management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with relationship management abilities.
  • Passion for education and supporting student success.
