A family in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a responsible and caring babysitter and household helper for their two children, ages 6 and 8. This position involves approximately 30 hours per week, combining childcare and household duties. Key responsibilities include helping with school pick-up, assisting with homework and reading, preparing healthy snacks and dinners, and engaging in after-school activities with the children. Household duties involve cleaning, tidying, doing laundry, running errands, and organizing and managing household tasks. There will be a trial and training period in August, with the full schedule starting in September. The family is looking for someone who can commit to a regular schedule.
