Machine Operator - Nights

Element2 Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking Machine Operators to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Schedule
Week 1

• Monday & Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:45 AM
• 48 hours
• Double-time pay on Sundays!

Week 2

• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 6:00 PM – 6:45 AM
• 36 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the sampling line and perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Operate conveyors and control the flow of incoming material.
• Feed raw materials into production equipment while maintaining production efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production logs, inspection forms, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with forklift operators and production team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
