Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. Our Podiatry Practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to assist podiatric surgeons as the first assistant during surgical procedures and provide comprehensive patient care in the office setting while sharing on-call responsibilities for podiatric patients in the Emergency Department, hospital, and outpatient practice.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of certified Physician Assistant Program
Licenses/Registrations: Current Physician Assistant Licensure in Massachusetts
Experience: Three years in a Professional Physician Assistant Role that includes podiatric/orthopedic surgery
Special Aptitudes & Activities: Must be able to provide effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide and follow both verbal and written instructions, and provide a conduit between the patient and medical/ nursing staff. They must relate effectively to pediatric, adult and geriatric populations applicable to a culturally diverse, broad age spectrum population.
