Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Product Finishing: Install screw thread inserts, pins, and other specialized hardware components into precision-machined parts. ... - Blueprint Analysis: Review and interpret electronic or written blueprints, technical drawings, process travelers, and notes to determine correct assembly sequences and specifications.
- Manual Machining Operations: Safely operate drills, taps, punches, and deburring equipment to prep holes and finishes for screws, bolts, and rivets.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, scales, and pin gauges) to check individual parts and final assemblies against strict tolerances.
- Tool & Material Selection: Select and set up the appropriate hand tools, fixtures, and hardware required for each unique custom job.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM
