Sports & Imports Autos (SPOIMPO), one of Georgia's fastest-growing Buy Here Pay Here dealership groups, is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead and develop our collections department.


We're looking for a results-driven leader who thrives on accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing first-party automotive collections, preferably in a BHPH environment, and knows how to motivate a team while maximizing portfolio performance.


What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of collections specialists.
• Drive collection performance by monitoring KPIs, delinquency, and recovery rates.
• Hold team members accountable to daily and monthly goals.
• Handle escalated customer accounts and complex payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and repossession teams to maximize portfolio performance.
• Foster a positive, high-accountability, results-driven culture.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of collections experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) collections experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing first-party collections.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and use data to improve performance.
