• 30 AM–4:30 PM Opportunity to support employees and leaders in a mission-driven senior living community Make a meaningful impact by enhancing the employee experience Collaborative workplace with supportive leadership Opportunity to contribute to recruitment, engagement, development, and organizational success Hear back within 48 hours of applying What You'll Do As a Human Resources Generalist , you'll serve as a trusted HR partner by supporting employees, managers, and daily HR operations that help create a strong workplace culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and training initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and assist managers with payroll and timekeeping questions Support performance management, coaching, and employee development efforts Assist with workers' compensation, safety initiatives, compliance, and HR documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and long-term care regulations Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information Provide HR support and respond to business needs outside of regular hours when necessary Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Associate degree or equivalent experience required Minimum two years of Human Resources experience required Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce preferred Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll practices Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to occasionally support business needs outside of regular business hours Benefits Eligible employees enjoy access to: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with discretionary employer match Life and AD&D Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Join a Team That Makes a Difference At Trail Ridge Senior Living Community , every employee contributes to creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care and team members feel valued.
