Our Kitchen Managers serve in terms of protecting, maintaining and evolving the restaurant’s culture through adhering, teaching and preserving the integrity of our food and beverage standards within their restaurant. Food and beverages are at the heart of the definition of our culture and business.

Computer and email literacy * Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours) * Fulfill background check * Strong understanding of food safety and BOH operations, * Ability to lead by example and motivate staff * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Effectively use a computer and email * 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role (not always necessary)
