Project Manager
Manage all phases of construction from precon to closeout. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee safety compliance and quality control standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
7+ years of experience as a PM in commercial construction. Successful track record in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or education builds. Strong communication and client-facing capabilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. A driven professional seeking long-term growth.
Base Salary $115,000 - $135,000. Company vehicle. 4 weeks PTO. Cover 80%- 100% of health insurance. Offer quick paths for growth internally. Open door policy.
