As a Contact Center Applications Specialist, you’ll log in from home, join the inbound queue, and guide callers through assistance program requirements. You’ll capture details accurately, follow up with outbound calls when needed, and document outcomes in the system—always safeguarding client confidentiality.
Where You’ll WorkNoble, Oklahoma — This is a remote role following mandatory in-person training. Initial training is on-site for 6 weeks at a Noble, OK facility (training is not remote). Program requirements may extend on-site training up to 3–6 months.
